Coping with COVID-19

How to Cope When the Pressure is On

Whether you're dealing with family, work, or health, stress is inevitable. However, that doesn’t mean you have to let stress take over your life!

In some ways, stress can be beneficial by providing that extra motivation to get things done. However, stress can also be detrimental to your health and your relationships.

If stress has left you paralyzed, feeling alone, or in a constant state of worry or agitation, now is not the time to let the pressure get to you! Join me for Coping with COVID-19 on Wednesday, May 13th at 8:00 pm EDT to learn effective strategies for coping with stress so that you can get on with enjoying your life, even if you’re stuck at home.

This virtual experience is fully interactive. Everyone who joins is encouraged to participate as much or as little as they feel comfortable. If you need a change in the way you’re dealing with stress, you won’t want to miss this!

Meet Shellie Bolyard, the Facilitator of Coping with COVID-19

I am on a mission to change the world by creating healthy families, one mom at a time. I empower women to trade in their toxic lifestyles for ones that are natural, purposeful, and meaningful. For the first time in history, children are projected to have shorter lifespans than their parents. We can change this reality by changing their environments. Together, we will create freedom from toxic environments and lifestyles. We will create a world where chronic illness and disease is not the norm. We will have confidence and faith in ourselves and the freedom to make truly informed choices for OUR families.

Take Care of YOU

Self-care is not a selfish or frivolous thing; in fact, it’s essential for combating stress. This is because when we are able to work on being our best selves, we can offer more to others in return, which creates a more fulfilling life overall.

During Coping with COVID-19, I will discuss five different aspects of self-care: physical, social, mental, spiritual, and emotional. There are countless ways to nourish each, and I will share some of my favorite techniques.

When faced with challenging times, it’s essential to take care of yourself. Only when you are operating at your best can you be the rock others may need in times of uncertainty and change.

I Can’t Wait to Share with You on Wednesday, May 13th at 8:00 pm EDT!
