Your Diet and Your Skin

Has Your Skincare Routine Been Failing You?

For most of us, the battle against our skin begins at around 11 or 12 years old. After that first zit appears on our cheek, our bathroom shelves begin to fill with creams, masks, cleansers, and scrubs in an attempt to banish those problematic areas.

Then we make it to our mid-thirties and those first couple wrinkles appear, another thing becomes apparent…we should have worn more sunscreen! So in a haste we replace the clay masks and zit cream with serums, oils, moisturizers, and anti-wrinkle cream in our cabinets.

On top of all that, throughout our lives we’re trying to sooth acne scars, rid our skin of blackheads, fight against under-eye circles, and combat puffiness.

Does this sound familiar? Have you tried every product in the drugstore with no avail? If so, make sure to mark your calendars and join me for Your Diet and Your Skin on Thursday, March 7th at 9:00 pm EST to learn how to combat all of these skin dilemmas!

What Will You Learn?

What you put in your mouth is just as important as what you put on your skin, and even the most expensive, intensive, and holistic skincare routine doesn’t stand a chance against a poor diet.

During this Facebook class, I’ll explain why what you are eating will eventually show up on your face. I will be covering the following:

-The science behind inflammatory foods, how they work, and why your body has such a difficult time processing them
-Which foods and ingredients you should be avoiding
-Which foods and ingredients you should definitely be including in your diet to feed your skin and boost your glow
-The not-so-sweet hidden life of sugar, and how it affects your skin
-How to keep an eye out for secret sugar bombs that could be hiding in your pantry and how to spot the pseudonyms in labels
